Assistant Director of Research and Assessment
Ting-Han Chang is Assistant Director of Research and Assessment for the CECE Project at Indiana University, Bloomington. She received her M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from Vanderbilt University. Her research agenda is focused on diversity and inclusion in higher education, college environments and curricula, and student development in higher education.
Assistant Director of Operations
Natasha Saelua is Assistant Director of Operations for the CECE Project. She is also a Project Manager at the National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE). Prior to coming to Indiana University, she received her master's degree in Asian American Studies and her bachelor's degree in history from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). In addition, Natasha served as associate director at the Community Programs Office at UCLA, supervising administrative and advising staff and conducting departmental evaluation. She has also worked as a community advocate for Asian American and Pacific Islander education policy in the state of California, and serves as a founding board member of Empowering Pacific Islander Communities (EPIC), a national non-profit organization that supports research, advocacy and engagement of the Pacific Islander community.
